The Bishop of Norwich writes: "I invite everyone to share in our Diocesan commitment to growth ... God enables us to do more than we think possible. That's his nature. Now we can concentrate more fully on mission and growth. God wants us to grow. He wants his Church to grow."

Caistor St Edmund Church is Committed to Growth.  In practice this means:

• our growth as disciples of Jesus Christ
• our growth in service to God and our neighbours
• our growth in the number of people worshipping God and learning to be Christ's disciples

On the following pages we set out what we are doing well at the moment to fulfill this committment and what we intend to do to improve our growth. We will review our progress at the end of the year.
